I set out to build a suit with 600 LEDs on it that would flash and light up to be anything of my choosing. This is a write up about how I built it and more details.
Everyone loves colorful flashing lights. With the development of LEDs, these lights can be smaller than ever. It only makes sense to start putting them on things, such as your clothing!

The LED Suit made it’s debut on ESPN for the Miami vs Ohio State Game on September 17, 2011. It was also featured at the Miami vs Maryland football game but did not get on ESPN (they must not like showing away teams).
